Hero lager beer company has announced its partnership of this year’s Ovala Festival which holds from December 31st to January 9th 2023
The annual event is a customary obligation performed by His Royal Majesty, Eze Dr. Mike Chineme Idigo, the traditional ruler of Aguleri.
The celebration to be held at Ama Igwe square Aguleri will span 10 days starting from Aguleri youth day on 31st December, Ada festival and induction of cabinet chiefs on 6th January, Ovala Fiesta on January 7th including other Azu Ovala programs like, Masquerade outings and Thanksgiving. This year’s celebration is a special event with a theme OVALA IVUNANYA AGULERI as the revered monarch will be using the occasion to send message of love to Ndi Aguleri and the entire Igbo land.
Chief Amechi Akorah, the Publicity secretary of Ovala planning committee said at a press conference held yesterday, 20th December that the makers of Hero beer is partnering with his committee and not full sponsorship, he urged other well meaningful Agulerians, companies and business men to participate in the sponsorship stating the huge potentials of Nigeria’s tourism sector and the positive impact of the event on the economy and its key output sectors.
