END OF KIDNAPPING IN ANAMBRA EAST AND WEST AS SECURITY POST IS FINALLY CONSTRUCTED AT ANAM/UMUERI BRIDGE.

A security post has been fully constructed at Umueze Anam/Umueri bridge to bring an everlasting solution to the kidnapping incidents and activities of unknown gun men in the area who usually camp across the bridge in Anam communities.
The project was fully sponsored by the President General of Umueri community Assembly, Chief Johnny Metchie.The building will house men of the Nigeria Army, Nigeria Police Force, Nigeria Security And Civil Defence Corps, Nigeria Hunters Association and the Anambra Vigilante Group.
The foundation stone for the post was laid in August 25, 2023 and had been completed within one month.
However, during a visit by OMT team to the construction site, it was evident that the project had been fully completed and ready to house the security agencies.
Chief Johnny Metchie's visionary initiative to fortify Anambra East and West security is commendable. We also commend his Aguleri counterpart, Barr Rolex Iloakasia for initiating a process that yielded the fruitful result.
