Umuawunu Ivite Aguleri youth Chairman, Mr Latimoore Okechi has released a 116-man squad list of players to rescue Umuawunu team in Ijenoke 2023 next two weekends.

The Umuawunu man went for familiar faces in naming his squad list this and became the first team to submit his list for Ijenoke 2023. Latimoore said, Umuawunu is ready and will do everything humanly possible to lift the trophy this season.

The list has just added Chief Eddie and Chief Amechi Obidike to lead the technical crew. 

Meanwhile, UK based Mr Matty Chinwuba gets a first-time call-up to the squad. Mr Christian Asapuo, Christian Bomboy  Okafor, Udealor Chiezie-Otis, Asapuo, and Fabian Okechi are all included in the technical list.

 Umuawunu has started on a good note this season by not just becoming the first team to submit team list as early as two weeks before the match proper but has also shortlisted the highest number of players in the history of Ijenoke crowd funding.
