The Mgboko Welfare Association, Igboezunu Aguleri has taken swift action against Dr. Samuel Nnana for publishing defamatory statements against Dr. Innocent Okonkwo and Arc Solomon Okwudilichukwu Okonkwo.
The Association demands a public apology, retraction and a fine of N50,000 within two weeks, or Dr. Nnana will face further action from the community .

Earlier, Dr. Nnana's attempt to lobby his friends who are key members of Igboezunu Rulling Council to halt the judgment was unsuccessful, as the Mgboko committee stood firm, citing the importance of reading the judgment and Dr. Nnana's right to appeal.
